How to Order or Buy our product ?
Every Jump Pony piece is custom-made with care at our base in South Auckland. Please allow around 2 weeks for production, depending on your chosen design and quantity.
Send Us Your Enquiry
Share the details of your jumps or ideas — even a picture helps us understand your vision better! You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, email, or simply submit the contact form on our website. Once we receive your enquiry, our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible to start the process smoothly.
Discuss & Confirm
We’ll contact you shortly to go over your order in detail, ensuring we fully understand your requirements. Together, we’ll discuss design options, shipping arrangements, and the total costs involved — from production to delivery right to your door. Our goal is to make sure everything fits perfectly with what you have in mind before moving forward.
Finalise & Deliver
Once everything has been reviewed and confirmed, we’ll provide you with a summary for approval and move ahead with the payment process. After your confirmation, we’ll start producing your jumps and prepare them for shipping. You can then share your delivery address or location details, and we’ll make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
